Advanced Membrane Separator and Condenser

Advanced Membrane Separator and Condenser

Southland Sensing’s Advanced Membrane Separator and Condenser (CND-225) are designed specifically for the natural gas industry and is able to be mounted directly to a pipeline.

The CND-225 is designed to filter all oils, water, and glycol out of pipeline gas by rapidly cooling it so they condense out of suspension. The Advanced Membrane Separator (AMS- 100) provides further protection for the sensor with a gas-permeable membrane that filters any liquids and protects the analyzer from liquid slugs.

The AMS-100 can be included with a pressure regulator, as well as a liquid drain valve for gas streams with more water vapor present.

Configurations

AMS-100: Membrane Separator

AMS-100R: Includes Pressure Regulator

AMS-100RL: Includes Pressure Regulator and Liquid Drain valve

H2S H2O CO2 Online Process Analyzer – XLE 106-1-2-4

The Texas Analytical Controls’ Model XLE 302 Series H2S analyzers are extremely fast and accurate instruments for detecting and quantifying hydrogen sulfide in process streams. XLE302 Series employs advanced technology in every area of operation from sensors to diagnostics. One of the analyzers unique features is it utilizes 2 electro-chemical sensors. If the output of one sensor becomes too weak the analyzer can continue to operate on one sensor. This dedication to technological progress is the reason our analyzers are the lowest maintenance and most cost effective line of analyzers available.

Sample Conditioning Plate – 1 Drop

The design of the sample conditioning system is extremely important to ensure a clean regulated sample is provided to the analyzer. Depending on the sample gas composition, as well as the sample pressure, along with other factors, the conditioning system may have to be modified for each specific application. The sample conditioning system should be mounted below the analyzer (if possible). The typical system may consist of a drip pot, one or two regulators and a membrane filter. Depending on the sample an additional pressure regulator may be required at the sample tap. One to three pressure drops maybe be necessary to ensure the analyzer receives a sample free of liquids.

H2S Portable Analyzer- XLE 105-1 PAL R

Designed from customer feedback, it is small, lightweight and easy to use. Housed in a rugged carrying case, its purpose is to allow operators to spot check the levels of HSS in their pipelines.

The unit has a 10-hour battery life and a self-powered 4-20mA output and data logging capabilities, allowing it to be left on location for short periods. As always TAC is willing to customize it to fit your needs.

H2O Online Process Analyzer – XLE 105-2

The Texas Analytical Controls’ Model XLE 102 Series can also be ordered to measure H20. The analyzers are extremely fast and accurate instruments for detecting and quantifying moisture in process streams.  The XLE102 Series employs advanced technology in every area of operation from sensors to diagnostics.  The analyzers display will provide the H20 readings and alarm conditions.  TAC’s dedication to technological progress is the reason our analyzers are the lowest maintenance and most cost efficient line of analyzers available.

H2S Quick Check v2

The H2S QUICK CHECK v2 is designed to replace H2S Detector Tubes.

The hand held device is used to spot check the H2S levels in natural gas pipelines at pipeline pressures.  The monitor can also be used to verify calibration gas cylinders.

The quick check is easy to use, cost efficient and accurate.

H2S Lab Process Analyzer – XLE 105-3 LAB

The “TRI” analyzer was uniquely designed to measure the 3 different levels of H2S in a laboratory environment. The analyzer measures the H2S from 0-100PPM then automatically switches to a mid-range of 0-3000PPM and then to a high range of 0-5%. TAC specializes in customizing our products for each application.
