Description:

Most companies are presently confronted with a shortage of technically qualified personnel who can be sent to the field to calibrate and service instruments or to diagnose problems. These days, the majority of computer trained and oriented technicians are more comfortable and more productive with their PC than working hands-on on site.

At TEXAS ANALYTICAL CONTROLS, we are well aware of this trend and in line with our constant efforts to help you, we have developed and are now offering our MODEL 1027.

The Model 1027 is a multi-channel monitor for H2S and LEL transmitters with direct access capability through your P.C.

You will be provided a TAC program that is Windows based, to download on your personal computer. Directly from your desk in your office you will be able to perform the following functions:

This technical innovation is the result of our development of a new way of communicating with your remotely installed equipment. A communication link is established between your PC and your instruments by way of:

A telephone line with a Modem 

UL Class 1 Div. II, C-UL and CE have certified the control station of the Model 1027. 

TEXAS ANALYTICAL CONTROLS On-Line Monitoring System eliminates the need to send technicians to the field.  The convenience and economy translate into big savings for the company as well as into employee satisfaction.

The multi-channel has 4, 8, 12 and 16 channel capabilities. The Control unit is available for indoor mounting in a 19'' instrument rack or behind a cutout in a control panel. A digital message display board in the control unit keeps the operator continually informed of the system status. All relevant information can be displayed (for all the sensors), such as alarm limits, calibration range, maximum or average H2S reading since the last reset, etc.
